Meet the Team Behind Multiplieddd

I’m Madie Saba, Founder and Co-Owner of Multiplieddd. My background in marketing began in hands-on, high-accountability environments. From managing campaigns for a German Shepherd rescue organization to leading marketing for a top-performing Twin Cities real estate team generating millions annually. It was there that I saw firsthand how strategic social media management directly impacts revenue, authority, and client acquisition.

As I stepped deeper into that role, I recognized a recurring pattern: business owners and their teams were overwhelmed by the time, execution, and expertise required to build a powerful social presence. I began asking myself, “What system could I create that prevents Founders from drowning, and instead gives them leverage?”

That question became the foundation of Multiplieddd.

In March 2021, I launched what was then Marketing By Madie – built brick by brick with mentorship, strategy, and a relentless commitment to excellence. By December 2023, the brand evolved into Multiplieddd. A structured, white-glove agency designed to multiply impact, visibility, and measurable growth for our clients.

At my core, I believe business should create freedom, not consume it. As a wife, mother of three, and entrepreneur, I understand the value of time, margin, and intentional growth. That belief fuels how we serve our clients: building structured organic growth systems that fund their “why” while protecting their time and leadership focus.

I’m Brooke Vescio, Co-CEO and Co-Owner of Multiplieddd. My journey with this company began with a single Instagram Story. As a senior in college studying marketing, I saw Madie post that she was looking for someone with experience and passion to help grow what was then Marketing By Madie. I reached out immediately, confident that I could bring both dedication and strategic thinking to the table.

I joined as the company’s first employee and quickly stepped into leadership responsibilities as we expanded our client base and refined our systems. Over the years, I’ve helped shape the agency’s strategic direction, client experience, and operational structure, ultimately transitioning into co-ownership in 2024.

Today, I lead alongside Madie to ensure every client receives high-touch oversight, structured strategy, and intentional execution rooted in our M.U.L.T.I.P.L.Y. Framework™.

Outside of work, I’m a wife to my husband Tanner, and my faith is the foundation that guides how I lead, serve, and build. I believe deeply in innovation, growth, and creating opportunities – not just for our clients, but for the team and community around us.

I’m Tessa Conlee, a Social Media Manager at Multiplieddd, where I help bring strategic content plans to life through thoughtful execution, creative direction, and conversion-focused implementation.

I specialize in turning ideas into measurable results. From helping a local bridal boutique fully book every appointment during a promotional sale, with 70% of those appointments converting into dress purchases, to creating high-performing video content that has driven 600+ new followers in a single post, I focus on content that moves the needle.

Beyond growth metrics, I also support clients through real-life seasons. Whether that means planning, filming, editing, and managing content while a client welcomes a new baby or navigating a busy launch season, I ensure their social presence remains consistent, strategic, and fully managed from start to finish.

Outside of work, you’ll find me baking (sourdough is my specialty), spending time with family and friends, or reading with my cats right by my side. I’m also proud to work alongside my sister, Brooke Vescio, part of the leadership team here at Multiplieddd.

I’m Kaylee Steele, a Social Media Manager at Multiplieddd, where I specialize in building conversion-focused content strategies that transform visibility into measurable opportunity.

From growing a service-based client’s audience to 10.5K+ engaged followers to building a 100+ person launch waitlist in under 90 days for my CPG product-based client, my focus is always the same: strategic content that drives momentum. In one case, the social presence I developed led directly to an investor meeting, proving that intentional brand positioning opens real doors.

I help execute content that aligns with revenue goals, strengthens authority, and supports long-term growth over short-term engagement.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me at Pilates or grabbing an iced vanilla latte at a local coffee shop.

I’m Samantha “Sam” Larwood, Administrative Specialist at Multiplieddd, where I support the operational systems that keep our agency running efficiently and intentionally.

With a B.S. in Business and Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, I bring structure, organization, and strategic support to our internal processes ensuring our team can execute at a high level for every client we serve.

Since joining the agency in 2023, I’ve played a key role in maintaining clarity across workflows, timelines, and communication, helping protect the white-glove experience our clients expect.

Outside of work, I enjoy fashion, sports, and spending time with my husband, family, friends, and our three dogs.
